EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Pearls & Petals. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges Window
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions  
All items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition  
- With all original tags and packaging intact  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or item, subject to availability.  
Please clearly mention your requested size or replacement item on the packing slip enclosed in your return parcel.

Refunds  
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.  
Please allow up to 5–7 working days for processing after approval.

Store Credit (Recommended Option)  
We strongly encourage opting for store credit or exchange for a faster resolution. Store credit may be issued where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items  
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Customised or made-to-measure orders  
- Altered items  
- Jewellery items (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

Return Shipping  
We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

- Items must be tried on with care. Returns showing signs of wear (including makeup, perfume, or damage) will not be accepted.  
- We reserve the right to refuse excessive or repeated returns from the same customer.
