Exchange or return can be made with in one week after receiving the parcel. We only accept returns or exchange if the item is in unworn condition. Unfortunately customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Jewellery items can also be not returned/exchanged due to health and safety reasons. We do not offer free returns.
